Adding Outlook Contacts to CRM 2011

One of the benefits of CRM is to have a single point of reference. We find that many of our customers have been using Outlook as their most reliable database and the thought of moving away from Outlook contacts is often feared. The good news is, you don’t have to stop using your contacts in Outlook, you just need to have Outlook and CRM synchronised. You will need to have the Outlook CRM Client installed to follow the instructions below.
