iPhone OS 4.0 allows multiple Exchange accounts

Apple revealed iPhone OS 4.0 yesterday. Most of the improvements were expected as they need to compete with Google Android, Palm webOS and Windows Phone 7. Three of the improvements we are most excited about here at MHA are Exchange Server 2010 support, multiple Exchange accounts, and multitasking.

Multitasking means that an application like iDialog (a client for Microsoft Office Communications Server) will be able to run in the background and send push notifications. One of MHA's products is a hosted OCS solution that iDialog connects to. If you're interested learning more about MHA hosted OCS please click here.

The iPhone update 4.0 will be released this Winter.
