When you call between Managed Lync clients no additional costs are paid. With Managed Lync you can make calls to landlines and mobile phones, these calls do incur a charge, although this is normally cheaper than what you are paying now.

 
 

The voice quality is dependent on the internet connection that you have. VoIP needs consistency in order to deliver the ‘package’ in one even unbroken bundle. MHA recommend our Connectivity plans as they are private, dedicated circuits – just like the bus lane down the side of the motorway, guaranteeing you a consistent speed no matter what time of the day it is.

 
 

Firstly, you reduce your single point of failure by replacing your onsite PABX. Secondly, line rental and call costs are cheaper and we can generally halve these costs. Last but not least, you are not tied to an extension in the floor – you have the flexibility to call from anywhere your laptop is!
