MHA's CRM solution will enhance your information flow between both staff and customers, with a complete record of all interactions which is both globally accessible and secure.

The real power of MHA's CRM lies in its ability to automate many of the tedious tasks in customer service, marketing and managing sales.  Your team can get back to spending more time generating income and less time on administrative tasks.

MHA's CRM solution sits neatly alongside other Microsoft applications with which most users are familiar.  The ability to run your CRM without leaving Outlook means positive user adoption.

MHA's hosted solution allows you to try Microsoft Dynamics CRM with just one department, just one team, or even just one person, and spread it to others within your organisation when you're ready.

CRM 2011 - Driving Sales Productivity

Learn how Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 can drive sales productivity in your business.

Yes. Managed CRM uses industry standard Microsoft Technology which puts the control of who sees what in your hands.

With Managed CRM you have the ability to create custom email campaigns or use the built in Wizards which allow you to create quick targeted campaigns to your customers.

You can run standard sales reports or create your own customised reports to gain valuable insight and intelligence into your customer relationships or the status of your business.

With the built in reporting features already available in Managed CRM, you can export to Excel any data you're tracking, including accounts, leads, opportunities, and client scheduling.

Emails that have been sent to customers or suppliers can be automatically attached to client records. Even their replies can be attached to their records.

Yes, customers can sign up on a month to month basis or they can select a longer term commitment that will provide for discounted pricing dependant on the model chosen.

Yes. MHA Cloud Computing has a Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) with Microsoft. The SPLA enables service providers to license Microsoft products on a monthly basis to provide services and hosted applications to their end customers.

We can have your solution up and running in a matter of minutes. Our skilled CRM Consultants are able to assist you to customise, develop, train and most importantly, succeed with Dynamics CRM.

As a user you are able to create e-mail templates and do a Mail Merge with Microsoft Word. Data can be exported to Microsoft Excel. Documents can be linked to Microsoft SharePoint. Microsoft Outlook provides fast, easy functionality to track emails. Outlook connects quickly and easily with the Outlook Connector. Your contacts can be imported directly from Outlook into Microsoft CRM.

There are two common ways to import data using Microsoft Dynamics CRM using out-of-the-box functionality: The Bulk Import Wizard imports your accounts, contacts, campaign responses, leads, and marketing list data. It comes already built into Dynamics CRM and can be used easily and on an ongoing basis. The Data Migration Manager is another way to import and will likely be used when you first implement CRM 2011. The Data Migration Manager allows you to assign data to users and import attachments and notes connected with the data.

With Internet Explorer, you are able to view everything in Dynamics CRM from anywhere with an Internet connection.

All MHA servers are housed in locations across New Zealand to provide multiple sites for redundancy.

What existing users of Managed CRM have to say...

"Introducing Managed CRM to our business 4 months ago immediately showed opportunities for growth that were not obvious to us beforehand.

Since then we have been able to track our sales and marketing activity, keep our existing customers happy, and attract new customers, never more important than in today's market.

sleProductionsI would recommend Managed CRM and the MHA team to any business wanting to take advantage of a product normally only available to larger organisations. I wish we had moved to Managed CRM years ago!"

"We wanted a database that could host our members data and we also wanted to be able to track information going back and forth between the organisation (internally) and the members. MHA proposed CRM and it all aligned. Now with hosted CRM, we are aware that there are databases out there that cater for our needs. It works well and we now have web forms embedded in our CMS to allow our members to both extract and add specific data to our CRM. CRM also ducktails into our outlook so we don't have to open up separate applications to view our member's data which makes things a lot easier. We are a very happy and satisfied customer."

It’s not until things go wrong that you realise the strength of what you have – there was a fire next door to our business and if we had been on the old in-house server model, we would have been in big trouble. However, with our MHA Managed Office solution, we were able to go home and continue to work!
